Returns Policy

IS Apparel aims to provide high quality products at all times.

If an item is faulty or damaged, or you have changed your mind with your order, we have made the return process as hassle-free as possible.

How to Return

Email us at info@isapparel.com.au with your order number, name and product code, within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include a description of the fault or damage. Where possible, include photos (you can SMS them to 0401 380 190).

On assessment, we will arrange a replacement product or full refund.

Important Notes

Change of Mind / Size Exchanges

The customer will be liable for shipping costs for returning goods and for the dispatch of the new products.

Branded Goods

If goods have been branded, we cannot accept change of mind or size exchanges and refunds. We will replace or refund faulty items.

Free Shipping Orders

If your order qualified for free shipping and you would like a full refund due to incorrect size or change of mind, the standard shipping costs plus a $10 admin fee will be deducted from the refund. If the product is faulty, we will cover the shipping and admin costs.
